The 2nd Run Mountain Bike Duathlon- organized by
Auburn Running Company and Victory Velo.
Back by popular demand, the 2nd Duathlon Sunday November 23rd . We missed alot of familiar faces during the 1st event...so Dan from the Auburn Running Company has decided to hold another fun, free get together for all of us nut brains! Everyone that participated in the first one had a great time. What can expect from this get together you ask? More competitivness, Duh! And a few will be unable to bare the pain of walking down stairs, or simply sitting down in the chair for thier Thanksgiving feast.
Because it is FREE, we will not offer finish times (Wes B. was the first finisher), No schwag, No road closures, No crowds to cheer you on (we had some bell ringers on Stagecoach), No aid stations, No kisses from the trophy girl at the end, and what ever else you may expect at a race, No, No, No.
A BBQ back at the start in front of the Running Co. and Victory Velo will be waiting for you to arrive (you will have time to go home and get cleaned up if needed). Please bring a favorite dish to share potluck style. We will provide BBQ food and drinks. Your family is also welcome to join us at the BBQ.
Sunday November 23rd- 4.5 mile run followed by a 10 mile mountain ride.
